Bag filters and cartridge filters

KIESS - bag filters are compact devices requiring less space. Due to their modular design it is possible to install them directly next to the work place on the floor, on the wall or on housings.

Ventilator and motor are mounted on the clean gas side, this applies to all types of filter. Thus, the risk of damaging the ventilator is avoided, e.g. because of dust deposit or unbalanced mass. Durability is increased decisively.
 
KIESS - bag filters are cleaned mechanically via vibration drive when the ventilator is switched off. The dedusting interval can be adjusted between 1 and 3 hours. Dedusting time is adjustable to up to 30 seconds.
 
The filter bags are accessible through assembly doors. A snap buckle is used for fastening, so that the change of the bags can take place quickly and easily. The plants are very robust, and thus they are suitable for being used as mobile units on building sites.

KIESS - catridge filters are continuously operating compact devices. Their dimensions correspond to those of bag filter plants and they can be therefore also used in many fields.
 
Because of the open folding large filter areas can be obtained in a very confined space. Different filter materials are used depending on the dust to be separated.
 
Dedusting of the filter elements takes places fully-automatically with a compressed air pulse during operation. Interruption of the operation is therefore not necessary. The dedusting interval is adjustable or regulates automatically in dependence on the required differential pressure. The cartridges are mounted by a quick change attachment at the housing. By this, changing time reduces to a minimum.
 
The cartridge filter plants are used both in stationary as well as mobile fields of application.
